...and he's an OC from a friend of mine on Discord, and I've decided to make it after reading his backstory and seeing his design.

I admit this is a glorified texture edit and it's easier to do compared to a headhack but it was fun to do and my Cheshire Guy gets to play with another nice character. I see this as an win-win situation.
