Did patreon change the interface on their page again, because my editing PC (Ol Faithful) can't sign in?! I've been trying to upload this since 11 am! Ugh...

For any that were wondering about the medical procedure I had done on Friday, it went as well as could be hoped. No major blockages, no need for surgery... probably just more medication. We'll call that a win for now!
