Castle Courtyard, Expert (Patreon)

This week's map is the Castle Courtyard (40x40), another large map! I had a hell of a time putting this map together for a few weeks now, partially due to the size of it and partially because my wife took a week off (we usually both work from home in a shared office). She, of course wanted to make good use of her time off, so we went out for lunch a few times and I might have decided to take a few extra afternoons off. It's tricky to get back to work after eating a couple tacos and downing a handful of lunch beers, you know?

Anyway, your extra versions of this map are Rainy and Subdued- some classics which any of you who have been around here for a while will be familiar with. This time around I decided to go with a brighter Rainy version, which to me gives off the impression of a daytime drizzle rather than a storm (but I think you could get away with telling your players that it's a proper tropical storm if you wanted). And Subdued, of course, for when you need a spookier, less cheerful castle, and the regular version I made is simply not right for the tone you're trying to establish.
