Come one and all, for another poll! Every few months I create a list of many of your ideas and suggestions and assemble them here for you to vote on which 7 I will make over the next few months. Also, notice that you can vote multiple times, choosing every option that sparks your interest! So, in a week or so, I'll end the poll and make a list of the 7 maps with the most votes, and from then on I'll make them in order of the most to least voted-for.

And once you've cast your vote, you should also leave a comment below with your thoughts on what you want me to add to Map Poll 11! It won't come for a few months, but keep in mind that if I see any amazing or extremely popular ideas below, I might skip the poll altogether and make it early, just for fun.

Since my players basically live and breathe desert and sand, anything that looks like sand or desert (or boulder fields is great).

neutralparty

Good! Recently I've been having fun making desert maps, so here's hoping they do well!

Currently running Out of the Abyss and Descent into Avernus. So Underdark / cave complexes are useful, as are anything with lava. Would love to see a map scaled for DiA vehicle combat. Otherwise keep up the good work!

Bruno Franchini

Since one of my campaign is currently held at Shadowfell and the other is on a Red leaves Forest, I'd love to see this alternate color palettes (versions) come up frequently.

Anonymous

My campaign is basically elemental planes leaking into the material. Could make some really interesting maps for that type of thing. Thinking underdark towers smashing through castles or portals with demons just on the other side.

Anonymous

Love ruins and recently destroyed stuff. Keep up the good work!

Anonymous

Some underwater temple and/caves

Anonymous

Gothic Cathedral in all it's glory. I love the run down stuff, but I use the maps for setting reinforcement too, and I'd love a good solid impressive cathedral to make the PCs feel a little smaller.

Anonymous

Jungle maps would be great as they tend to be made infrequently. More Underdark maps would be nice too.

Anonymous

Huge fan of the Jungle since I'm running Tomb of Annihilation ☺️, I love your art style

• Circus • Carnival • Snowy town covered in Christmas decor • Haunted mansion

I would like sewers map.

Robert Nichols

I would be interested in seeing a map with lots of elevation changes. Perhaps a cliffside, or a series of ledges on a cliff. Or if you were being ambitious, a city scape with lots of levels: street, hanging gardens, roofs, aqueducts, robe bridge,....

Underwater City (Deep Ones/Aboleths) Frog Temple Tree Top Town Haunted Lighthouse

Anonymous

I would be interested in seeing a series of underground maps that link together to make a large cavern complex that has been made inhabitable.

Anonymous

Lush City, Desert City, Plains tent city (not barbarian, more like mongol/steppes people), Floating island town.

Anonymous

Swamp camp befitting frog, lizard, or snake people

Anonymous

Western frontier city

Cochem Imperial Castle: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cochem My current game is centered around Cochem but set in a world loosely based on The Dragon Prince. Your urban maps work perfectly for the city but I can't find a good castle map.

Anonymous

I would love, love, love some giant mushroom forest environment.

Anonymous

Tropical shallows

Anonymous

Shadowfell town. Regular (not SF) town hall & other important buildings.

Anonymous

I second the underwater city and flooded sites (temples, villages) and shipwrecks

Kyle Braucher

how about some feywild or feywild-adjacent locations! Alice and wonderland type stuff. ooh hedge maze??

Anonymous

I second more Feywild stuff, and would love a Mountain Fort and Mountain Dragon's Lair

Anonymous

Floating Island City please!

Anonymous

One of my personal favourite sessions utilizing your maps was the one with Cultist Lair map, where there's a natural cave system followed by inhabited rooms. Would love to get another map like that. Perhaps with a different aesthetic. Flooded Dungeon was also great, but a water map doesn't quite fit into my current campaign.

Anonymous

Third for feywild maps

Anonymous

An interesting map idea I believe would be like a bunch of interlocking catwalks over a massive, dark pit. Like something some underdark race made over a pitfall where something horrible is said to live or something similar.

Anonymous

Oh a dragon's lair of some type would be ideal

Anonymous

A Warforged mechanical city could be cool, maybe a little junkyard-esque?

Anonymous

I'd really like an abandoned palace, with several floor of broken furniture, avid monsters and a few traps :D

Josh Rodell

Some ideas off the top of my head: A cliff-side village with a port in the harbour below A magrove swamp A shipwreck on a reef with internal/external and submerged/above water areas A floating market (or perhaps one on stilits)

Kackman

More winter themed options please!

Anonymous

Planar marketplace

Anonymous

Kinda specific, but the degree to which I would love a paddle-steamer-inspired spaceship cannot be overstated

Anonymous

Prison

Anonymous

Orc war camp

Anonymous

A pirate sea cave/hideout/town would be neat.

Anonymous

Anything piratey!

Anonymous

i think a rockslide or avalanche map would be super cool and challenging! always looking for more naturally unstable maps :)

Anonymous

Bullywug Swamp Village! Also, a corrupt noble's manor house.. for breaking into, of course.

Anonymous

Pirate ship graveyard. bunch of derelict husks of pirate ships. But really, everything you do is wonderful.

Anonymous

Always need more Bullywug maps, I'm having a campaign FROG WARS, communist Grungs fighting medieval Arthurian Bullywugs

neutralparty

Oo, that sounds really interesting! I like the thought of a chunk of a race track cutting through a volcanic cave!

neutralparty

I often make Autumn recolorings of forest maps for Adept patrons but you're right, I should make sure to make a couple for $1 folks as well

neutralparty

For sure. I tend to lean toward ruined maps since I like how the rubble and grime helps add detail to open spaces, but I probably have ignored the pristine environments for too long. Thanks for reminding me!

neutralparty

Sounds like both are common suggestions- I'll be sure to prioritize them in the future

neutralparty

Thank you very much! Jungle maps are going to make a big appearance on the next poll, and I'll try to slot an extra one into the lineup before then

neutralparty

Absolutely, I like to spice up my maps with plenty of big ledges and stairs. Lately I've been a bit more cautious though as I made a few with a few too many changes in elevation, which can be confusing to look at. I'll pull myself up by my bootstraps and get back to it!

neutralparty

Frog temple? I don't know what would be but I bet it has a lot of lily pads and... flies? I'll have to think about that

neutralparty

Huh, I suppose I have never made maps that were intended to line up together. Caves would probably be the place to start too

neutralparty

I'm getting a surprising amount of requests for frog maps. Is there something I'm missing?

neutralparty

I'm not certain I know what a Shadowfell town would even look like- stark and moonlit? Nearly black and white with glowing orange windows?

neutralparty

Absolutely! I actually usually avoid making maps like that where it's a dungeon with cave elements (since it feels like it has been overdone), but it's popular for a reason.

neutralparty

I've considered it before, but I got spooked since I wouldn't know the first place to start when designing a prison. I'll see about giving another go

Ben_is_Superman 1

I know this is late, but it's just occurred to me how much I'm in need of a good interior 'town hall' map. Would love it of you could make one of those!
