Hey folks, this week's map is the Mountainside Dungeon (35x28)! I always find these kinds of half and half environments to be a little tricky and this was no exception, but I think the layout will make for an interesting map. I think I would set up two to three encounters for this one: something to guard or limit access to the dungeon such as a wild beast that has made the ledge its home, a puzzle once the players are inside, and then a boss encounter.

I'll be back soon with a revisited post, so make sure to check in again before next weekend! This time I'll make a winterized version of an old map, which I know is something that has been asked for a lot, so I'm sure many of you will enjoy that. Also, the adept version of this map has a grayer and more cool palette than the regular version- perfect for stark mountainsides or chilly adventures.

Adepts can find their post here, and a winter version here!

Hey man! This is really good. I'm a bit of a patreon lurker but i really love all these maps, they're pretty much all i use in my campaign which is nice because the recurrent style gives it a good consistency for my players i feel Also appreciate the steadiness of the new maps, gonna be using these for years to come. Great work!

This is some quality stuff. The way the path trails downwards makes me wonder if you'd be able to make a much larger megamap - for example, like this map, but with a larger dungeon, with the path up the mountain fully mapped, and maybe even some of the surrounding areas. I could imagine users being able to cut up such a map to use sections as they see fit. Not trying to imply you "should" do this (certainly it's more than I've been paying for) but a larger, divisible map would certainly be interesting.
