Hi everyone and welcome to your latest update on all things Digital Foundry in the wake of today's #content meeting. I wanted to kick off first of all by tackling the reports that our partner, Gamer Network, is now up for sale to interested parties. I've had a number of messages from people expressing concern or even condolescenes! I'd just like to assure everyone that while we have a close association with Gamer Network and that they are shareholders, ultimately, Digital Foundry is a standalone business, things are going well overall and there's no need for concern about our future prospects.

With that out of the way, let's talk about what's going on.

* John has just completed his video on the Model 3 emulation in the latest Like a Dragon game, delivering an in-depth look at both Daytona 2 and Fighting Vipers 2. DF Retro tier supporters should get to see that real soon ahead of its public release. His next project: the much anticipated Forza Motorsport vs Gran Turismo 7 face-off.

* Alex is working with John on a piece of holiday #content, discussing the worst PC ports of the year, how things need to improve and how things have improved on certain titles. Beyond this, he's very keen on looking at Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora and also has his eye on some embargoed content we can't discuss right now. It's very cool though, promise.

* Tom is polishing up his look at EA WRC on all current-gen console platforms, with a look at the PC version to boot - and Dirt Rally 2, of course. And yes, unfortunately, EA WRC has made it into our worst PC ports of the year video... After WRC, how about the new Ark revamp?

* Oliver is on the final straight with his Unreal Engine 5 console health check - essentially a video similar to Alex's PC breakdown, but obviously with consoles as the focus this time. After that, he's very keen on looking at the Arkham collection on Switch (not that we have code yet!) and he's beginning to work on our holiday content for later on in December.

* Will is emerging beaten and bloodied from a Black Friday campaign that looks to have encompassed a full two weeks this time. Did you get anything good? I bought another 2TB NVMe SSD for some reason and a 3m HDMI 2.1 cable. I also treated myself a couple of weeks back to a £75 Core i3 12100F because I really want to see what it can do stacked up against the consoles...

* Rich (ie me) is working on the PS5 'Slim' Review, which will contain a look at PCBs from every PlayStation revision to date (we're onto our fourth now!) and - yes - I'll be repeating the media cabinet stress tests we've done in the past. Of course, I've also got a stack of PC handhelds to look at (still no Legion Go though), I want to do a budget PC vs PS5 vid and I'm also way behind on the PS5 'FPS Boost' collaboration video with Illusion! I'm also keen on doing an RDR2 4K60 PS5/Series X feasibility test video!

So that's the immediate and medium term project line-up for Digital Foundry. Do let us know if you have any tips or ideas for anything else and in the meantime, I hope you all have a fantastic week!

Whenever I see “very cool embargoed content” I get really excited, means a cool surprise might be just around the corner!

You guys are so awesome! I love these sneak preview updates of what you're working on. And don't worry Rich, Black Friday is a great time to give in to buying things "for some reason" ;) I added 7 games to my evergrowing pile of shame this last week!
