Launched at the beginning of the year, Forspoken promised so much - but ultimately failed to deliver. However, Square-Enix and Luminous Studios were not finished with the game and a raft of improvements to visuals, performance and even resolution were added. Sporfoken... The unfortunate less loved sibling of Square's two recent releases. FF16 has been a blast. And seeing Sporgoken's combat side to side in this video makes it look laughably awful. Too bad for the Luminous yeah though. I feel like they're great at tech demos, but the games are just oddly problematic in execution.
