Hey everyone, it's Rich here and - a hushed awe, please - I've managed to actually complete a project. And it's a big one. The AyaNeo handhelds are truly quite remarkable. I'm double-checking battery life right now (it seems suspiciously low so maybe that bit of the review will change pending the new results) but I'm still blown away by the performance and the quality of the screen. Anyway, here's the review and I hope you enjoy it.

And here's the blurb from the YT description: Steam Deck laid the foundation for the mainstream PC handheld, but there's a limit to its capabilities. Armed with the latest Ryzen 7 6800U APU, the AyaNeo 2 and AyaNeo Geek have the specs to comprehensively best the Deck. So, how much faster are they? And what kind of gaming experiences are possible? Let's just say that Rich is impressed...

I'm new to DF and Patreon...is there a way to access the unlisted videos via the YouTube app? I generally watch your videos on my Chromecast and I don't know if there's a trick that I don't know about; no email or browser, as far as I know, on Chromecast.

I typically open them here then click the youtube link so it opens on the YouTube site then it's in my history to watch later on my Chromecast, etc.

is it possible to strip down an rtx 3070 and a ryzen 7600 and cram them into a 3D printed steam deck chassis?

Great job, Rich! I personally love the X-86 handheld videos you do. These devices are interesting to me, but I still think Steam Deck is the best choice for me (but I do wish valve would have added a few more cpu cores and about four more CUs).

This is a great and comprehensive video. I'm intrigued by what Ayaneo's been able to do here, but as a current Steam Deck owner I'm holding out for an OLED handheld device with a 120hz refresh rate. That would be my ideal solution as I primarily use my handheld to stream games (via Moonlight) running from my desktop - though a 120hz handheld would also be a great complement to a GeForce Now subscription.
