Progress Report - November 1, 2022 (Patreon)

Well, I was hoping I wouldn't have to make this post, but here we are.

Still waiting on getting the sound design finalized for the Gaige video. The first draft has been done, but my sound designer is working on the feedback I gave him and we're waiting to do another round of feedback on it.

He was hoping to have it done Tuesday evening, but that didn't happen. I don't know how long this will end up taking. I apologize.

To make up for it, I'm giving you guys an early cut of the teaser trailer that will be posted to Twitter to announce the video's release. Obviously, the bit where it says the video is "available now" on my website, isn't actually correct - so don't go there expecting to find it right now.

Again, this was put together in advance, in preparation for the video release. I'm just sharing it with you all now, because I have nothing else to share with you, and I am feel really bad about making you guys wait for a video that's been done - on my end - for weeks now.

And again, this is an early cut made before the sound was finalized. So if it sounds empty and unfinished, well, that's because it is. If I had the final sound, this post wouldn't exist, and the final video would be released.

That's all for now. Hopefully next post will be the actual video release, and not another Progress Report. Because another Progress Report implies another week has passed without the video releasing. And that'd be a real bummer.
