Progress Report - April 16, 2021 (Patreon)

Hey all.

Not much to report, really. It's been a stressful, technical week. Majority of the focus has been on updating the Rachel model being used to include the new DazV5.5 flexes, which I showcased last week. I then needed to write a tool pipeline for transferring the animation and all of the related baggage from the older model to the new model in all of the existing animation. And then finally I had to get the new morphs transferred to the outfit, which was FAR more trouble than it had any right to be.

Outfits are normally a quick in-and-out, and a job like this - just transferring 8 morphs - should have taken 15 minutes max. Realistically, 5 minutes, but the additional 10 minutes is to account for things like typos, mis-exports, and other little things like that.

Instead, it took me over 9 fucking hours to get the morphs transferred to this outfit. I don't know what it is about this outfit in particularly, but it is extremely fucking cursed. It has been since its inception - every single piece of the outfit is a separate model. In total, this outfit is split into 24 unique models. That was the only way I could get it to compile, and I don't know why - I've had far more complex and far higher-poly outfits compile all into a single model without issue. I don't know what is so special about this one outfit.

But naturally, since it's been cursed since the very beginning, it had to make my life excessively difficult. And truthfully, after 9 hours of fighting it, I don't even know what I did that ended up actually making it work correctly. All I know is I am absolutely fucking terrified to touch the outfit again, for fear of breaking whatever unnatural cosmic ritual I've unwittingly performed to sufficiently appease the Great Outer Ones and having to sacrifice another day of my life (and potentially a school-bus full of orphans) to get the outfit working again.

When all of that was finally done and dusted, there was a fair bit of reading over the screenplay, going over the animations I had done, going through my references, and just putting together a plan of attack. I have decided to work on all of the finishers for the montage sex animations - if you recall the animations I've shared previously, then you may or may not be aware (depending on how carefully you read the screenplay) that each and every single one of them gets a full creampie animation. Just like the one shown here.

And just to nip this one in the bud, I've had someone point out that she seems lifeless in this animation. She is absolutely not - the audio alone will make a point of that once its implemented, to say nothing of the banter and dialogue. Rachel is limp, but not lifeless - she has completely surrendered herself to her size-queen fantasies of having a big powerful (and big-dick) man use her like a rag sex-doll. After this particular filling, she cackles and tells him to fill her butt next - so she is definitely very alive, and enjoying every last second of the encounter.

Unfortunately I don't have anything more to show than this one animation right now. But this will be my focus moving forward, so hopefully I will have more to share next week!

As an aside, I have also been working to finish up the Witcher storyboard. I've finished Chapters 6 and 7 of the storyboard, leaving Chapters 8 and 9 before I can finally put the whole mess together and pitch it to both you wonderful Patrons and to my fans in general on Discord and Twitter, and see what peoples' thoughts on it are.
