Progress Report - October 8, 2020 - Slight Delay On Liziverse Release (Patreon)

Hey all!

So as you may be able to guess, Liziverse Episode 1 won't be releasing tonight (or, I guess, last night, seeing as it's currently 3:26AM as I write this sentence...). My sound designer says he needs a few more days to finalize the audio, and then I want to take some time to thoroughly pick through everything once that audio is in, make sure it's as good as we can get it without being too unreasonable about it.

Right now, I am eyeballing an early-access release on Monday, October 12. Forever and as always, this isn't a commitment to a hard date, just a suggestion.

If Monday comes and goes with no fanfare, then just assume things came up that need our attention. As always, there will be an update around Thursday evening, assuming no release. If a post comes out sooner, then it will be the release proper!

In the meantime, I made a cut of what the trailer for the video will be, which is what will be displayed on the main films page. The trailer currently has no audio since, you know, the audio is the reason why the video hasn't been released yet in the first place. But once the audio is in, some of the cuts (such as first and last) will make more sense, since I put them together for narrative cohesion.

Till then, I've decided to tap this post with the audio-less version of it. So even though you can't hear the trailer, you can at least see the trailer. Which I believe is the first time I've shown any animated renders of the project!
