Miranda Versus the Galaxy - Delayed 5 Days (Patreon)

As I posted on Twitter, which you should all follow, both my sound designer and myself agreed that getting the short done today with any standard of quality just wasn't feasible.

As such, the Patreon Early Access is now scheduled for March 5, and the public access is sheduled for March 10.

To make up for this delay, have this super-time-compressed vertical slice of the short. It's all screen-captured, the sex sequences are unfinished (the unmoving camera is a dead giveaway of this - the camera is one of the very last things I animate), and the lights are either off or badly shown (because of the SFM playbacks work). Oh, and the resolution and quality are trash and the playback rate subpar, because it's all a screen-capture.

But I hope it at least tides everyone over while my sound designer and I grind our noses off trying to get this done. I'm feeling good about March 5 - the way things are going, I will likely be done animating sometime on the 3rd, which gives 2 days to render and do what little VFX are necessary. Ideally, the sound design will be done, and the way we've put the pipeline together, I should be able to just update the image paths that my sound designer used to the final renders, and bippity boppity boop, everything is final and ready to publish.

We'll see what comes of it all.

Again, I apologize sincerely for this delay. I didn't want to do it, but I wanted to release an unfinished product even less. Life is full of compromises, and this is just one of them. I hope you all understand, but I don't blame you if you're similarly disappointed.
