February 1 - Progress Report (A bit late, sorry) (Patreon)

Hey all. I apologize for the delay in posting this, I spent far too much time working on the Helena animation I posted yesterday.

This week's progress report isn't nearly so robust as last week's was.

As far as Blue Star goes, the only forward moment was on an animation front, where most of my attentions went to the final sex-scene. The bulk of that work went into the final cumshot, where the Shadowbroker covers Liara's back in a nice sticky coating of love juice, as the image suggests, but a good chunk also went into finalizing the animation this piggybacks off of, and the transition between fucking her and blowing his load.

I've had delays on the front of getting Femshep voiced. Pawsywasy, who was my original Samus voice in Bounty Booty, has reprised the role. Unfortunately, she's under a lot of stress in real life and is currently suffering from an anxiety attack, and I don't know when she'll recover. Eschewing details, she's had to resort to asking her roommate to make contact with me and explain the situation, that's how emotionally compromised she is right now.

Beyond Blue Star, progress has been made on other fronts. The scenebuild for the Leliana short has been completed, and work has already begun on it. Indeed, the first major sex animation has already been completed, which is a good sign seeing as I had to restart it 3 times to get it looking the way I wanted it to. I also learned a new way to animate blowjobs while working on it, so that was doubly productive.

I also have a screenplay to post on February 25, 2 weeks after the next one is posted on the 11th. It will be a bit different than other screenplays though, in that it won't be a screenplay at all - it will actually be a game design document for a Vault-Liz game. So stay tuned for that.

It is now February, and so production on Blue Star has been paused, as focus shifts to the Leliana short. Production on Blue Star will resume in March, where I hope to get everything ready for the dubbing process.

Which is when things get beyond my control, because then I am at the mercy of Ivan's schedule and Incognita' schedule.

Once they manage to get their dubs done, though, BSE3 enters its final stages of production, which is lip-syncing and then detail-animating. After that, it can all be rendered out and put into post-processing, and then released.

Unfortunately, I can't give ANY eta on how long the dubbing process will take. I will be as in the dark as you guys and gals are, during that time.
