life lesson: the longer you procrastinate on something, the more painful it is to finish. You MUST finish everything ASAP.

If you don't, you will find yourself in THE NIGHTMARE ZONE. The original burst of motivation that got you to start is all gone, so now it's a slog, but now you also feel pressured to make the thing good enough to justify the delay. This means that you delay it longer, which only makes it more unpleasant and increases the pressure to make it perfect.

The solution, I'm learning, is to just swallow your shame and finish it. Take the L; it will never be so good that the delay is justified, you just have to admit that you fucked up and avoid repeating the same mistake next time.

I just hope the manga turns out how you want to, I don't mind waiting if it allows you to do it right :)

"the longer you procrastinate on something, the more painful it is to finish. You MUST finish everything ASAP" - not complaining or arguing about, because it's a fact, other than life lesson... however, from my view, it is really hard if you're not make a living of being an artist, and drawing just smt to spend your time after a hard day of work. Or if said worktime schedule changes for a while.
