Experimenting with photo conversions. (Patreon)

I was working on these night shots for NGK. My original plan was to trace these photos, and then shade them by hand, but I realized it would take WAY too long and I had no idea if they'd come out right. I decided to take a little inspiration from Inio Asano and covert some photos.

The front of the konbini was particularly tricky, I didn't want to be out alone at a Portland convenience store at night, so I decided to go during the day. The lighting on the car isn't super accurate, but I do like the way that it pops against the rest of the image. Also, had fun editing the badge on the Camry to be a 'Noyama Amaro'.
