Updating Kara's room BG (Patreon)

I'm going through the original background and updating it. The original was an edited photo and it just felt a little rough around the edges, and since it's where the majority of the game takes place, I figure it ought to look really fleshed out!

I'm also sketching out the rest of the backgrounds, I'll post those later.
