Chibi Bootleg Nina (w/sketches) (Patreon)

Doing more stuff for bootleg ramen! It's Nina again, their delivery oni mascot. I wanted to do a design that would work especially well in monochrome. I imagine it being perfect for car decals, stamps, shirts, enamel pins.

The first few sketches I went with more realistic proportions, but by the end I just went full chibi, and I'm pretty satisfied with the results.

Nina's hair was tricky with this one. I'm actually not used to doing really graphic character designs (i.e. tighter silhouettes). At first I just made it a straight horizontal line, but I landed somewhere in between that and a more realistic feel.
