Okay, update #2. Most of the code/story/screens are done and we're polishing the build up. Testing it for functionality and working on making sure some of the more decision-specific sequences work as intended. Specifically, there's now a block of code that gets slipped in every few days to check and see if you've made a choice about Apollyon and the Remnant. And, if you've progressed Apollyon, you should start seeing scenes with her pop up every so many days.

Also, for those who didn't see it on Twitter (or X, if you want to call it that), we have been working up some UI updates to the Character Screen to show Qi/Day and add some buttons to let you see where you stand with characters who are part of another's story (Anya/Mira). As it needs to be tested out to make sure it works as intended and won't break anything, it won't be implemented until 0.22.0. 

Combination Scene: Kaitlin/Anya

Unlike the other combination scenes, 0.21.0's event is hinged solely off of one storyline and dependent on the choices you've made up to this point. You will have to get to Kaitlin's latest story to even get to the moment where the game splits between getting this sequence or just moving you back onto the main path. So, this one can't be unlocked at a later point in the game. If you don't have all the specific choices made up to this point, it is miss-able for this playthrough. Another fun little wrinkle that came up while testing this is that, depending on when you start it, you can feasibly go directly from this alternate version of Kaitlin's story into another unlocked combination scene, giving you potentially multiple in-game days before you're back on the main storyline.
