Years ago WWE did dive into VR to an extent. By way of the app NextVR on Oculus. They used the cameras during PPVs to get a 360 view during the shows. Then at a later date that show would be put on the app. I tried it once with WrestleMania 34 and watched the match of Daniel Bryan & Shane McMahon vs Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn..it was pretty much like you were up on the ring apron in the corner watching the match. Was pretty cool, but unfortunately is no longer available
