With Summerslam fast approaching what is one city that you believe should host a Big Four PPV, that has never had the opportunity to host one of those PPVs?

I am currently watching King of the Ring 98. Man how great was Shamrock? I sure wish he could have had a world title run in wwe or even one last run period. Is there a particular person you feel that way about right now?

If Mr.T wasn't involved with WWF in 1985, what other celebrity could have teamed up with Hogan for the first Wrestlemania and have it be just as successful?

I want to ask the majority of the other pod hosts this question, but do you feel like there's a difference in the way a wrestler plays a character when they are using their shoot name vs a working name?? Or is it all in what that specific character requires?? I think about when Mick Foley finally got to go to WrestleMania as Mick Foley...shoot name sure, but certainly not the real life man.

With hopes mortgage rates fall enough in the next 5 years…. Should I sell and use equity to buy with these high rates and “dropping but still high” prices? Or hold and build equity until rates fall? Do you see rates falling below 5% in the next 5 years? Thanks again to First Family for helping me refi in 2020 to a lower term and rate on my 2 year old home at that time!

Conrad, I am in the process of renovating a room in my home. It was a spare bedroom, but I am converting it into a man cave. Would it be of any benefit to me or my family to have the house appraised after the renovation is complete?

In the past you’ve talked about positive thinking influences on you, such as Norman Vincent Peale and Zig Ziglar. Zig was born in Alabama and I was wondering if you could share how he influenced you personally and not just your business life. Did you ever get the chance to meet him? You mentioned that you have various sets of wrestling cards. I currently am only missing one set of wrestling cards that was printed in the US, Germany or Canada from 1982-1996. I prefer the older cards over modern ones. What era of cards is your favorite?

I think we have all practiced wrestling moves on friends or siblings when we were growing up. My personal go to moves I would hit my brother with were the Sharpshooter, the Figure Four, and the Chokeslam. Did you ever do this growing up and if so what were your go to moves?

Hey Conrad! No question, but just wanted to take a moment and publicly say thank you to you and your amazing team at 1FMC! Just a few months ago, I was at the lowest point in my life, dealing with a flooded apartment and having to live out of a hotel for 2 months, then unexpectedly losing my father. Thanks to the advice and help of Mrs. Francis in your office, I was able to set an action plan and stick to it. Now, I’m actively working with fellow top gal Amy and Mr. Jamie in your office to purchase my first home as I celebrate recently getting engaged! Crazy how life turns around! Also want to send a MAJOR shoutout to the Wolfpack for all of your help! You guys know who you are! ❤️

I just listened to the You , Terry Funk, and Ric Flair from a Wooo Nation you just put back out. It was great. Felt like a phone call between to old friends. I’m sure they wasn’t your plan when decided to have funk on. How do you adjust the show and thinking in those situations?

When I was at Wrestlemania, the WWE was selling a replica belt at the merch stands known as the “Andre the giant title”. I don’t remember Andre ever being the WWF champion or holding that particular belt. I remember Hulk Hogan had it for Wrestlemania 3. Can you shed some light on that whole situation? I’ve read that they made the belt simply to make Andre seem like a credible threat to win. But that seems like an odd reason to make the belt.
