What tier gets bonus content?

$29 level & up gets all bonus content. 

Can I listen directly on Apple Podcasts and other podcast apps?

Yes. Members get a custom RSS feed upon sign-up to plug into their regular podcast apps. Compatibility varies across apps. 

What happens to my RSS feed if I have an interruption in my payment?

If you experience a lapse in your membership, you may need to retrieve a new RSS feed. Here is a helpful guide for both iOS and Android. 

Can I download the episodes?

Yes, you can download the mp3 files by clicking on the 3 dots "..." beneath the episode, and then clicking Download. 

Will all archive episodes for all the podcasts be on AFS?

Yes! Most of the episode libraries are available now (ad-free), and we're working our way through any remaining episodes.  

When will I be charged?

Patreon has a traditional 'anniversary' billing model. New sign-ups are charged at initial sign-up and then on the anniversary of their billing date. (ex. sign up on January 15 and get billed January 15, February 15, etc.)

How do I switch from a monthly subscription to an annual membership?

Follow these steps to switch from a monthly to an annual membership. 

Do I save if switching from monthly to annual subscription?

Yes! Our standard savings is 5% off on an annual subscription. 

Can I gift an Ad Free Shows subscription?

Yes! You can give or receive a gifted subscription by visiting AdFreeGift.com 

Does Ad Free Shows offer refunds?

No refunds, sorry.

Is there a calendar of AFS events available (Live Recordings. Watchalongs, etc)?

Yes! We've created this shared calendar that has all upcoming live events in one place. 

Can I Cast Ad Free Shows content to my TV?

Yes. Android works with Chromecast and Cast-enabled devices like Sony and Samsung TVs, as well as Roku TV. iOS supports Apple TV, Airplay and some Roku devices.

How do I find past content on the site?

We would recommend using the "Tags" feature, along with the search function that Patreon provides. We have every piece of content on the site tagged by show/series (ex. Conversations with Conrad) and by media type. (ex. Video). 

How can I attend Top Guy Weekend?

In order to attend our annual Top Guy Weekend event, you must have an active 12-month+ Top Guy level membership, or be an annual Top Guy member.

How do I get my Discord role for the Ad Free Shows Discord?

In order to access the Discord, you must first connect your Discord account to your Patreon account. Here is a step-by-step guide.
