I made sure to check the meshes are working properly. There are 3 meshes for her hair. Her main hair, that same hair as an accessory and another accessory for the hat. With the Bye Bye Hair! mod that I've included in the download you can remove sub-items and you won't have any issue:

I'm still checking a couple of things about Bruce Timm's version of Zatanna but it should be ready soon :3
