Update #71: Next Release Velma Dinkley (Mystery Inc.) (Patreon)

Most of the work on doing Velma was dedicated on her skirt sweater combo which was kind of odd to make work in the end. It's working nice now though and I'm gonna be finishing soon with some extra little detaills so I just want to see what you think before release.
