To start gaining Reputation with this faction you must have first completed the 9.1 Quest Campaign.

This is Complete with the Quest, Opening to Oribos

This will have unlocked Korthia for you and retrived the Primus.

Gaining Reputation:

This is mainly Grinding mobs in Korthia for an item called, Cataloged Research.

You are able to find these off of Mobs and Rares around the area along with chests.

If you play through your Daily Korthia Quests this should not be a problem.

Once you have a sizeable amount of Cataloged Research make your way over towards Archivist Roh-Suir.
