March '18 Continuation Tiebreaker (Read Description Before Voting) (Patreon)

There was a tie in the previous Continuation poll between Diet Warriors and Ochako's Floating Groceries, so there has to be a tiebreaker. This followup poll will be no ordinary tiebreaker though: I have ideas I really like for both of them, so I've decided I want to do both!
