Nature can be a source of solace, healing, insight and regeneration. Whether in the wilderness, forest or beach being and communing with nature is also a source of wonder. Here we can be inspired, recharge our batteries, get our hands dirty and engage in partnership with the elements, the awesome beauty of nature and its power. Enveloping ourselves in the rhythms and forms of nature can be transformative and healing.

We recommend spending time in nature each day if possible, doing so allows us to experience the wonderment of this existence with all our senses. Nature allows us to shift our attention beyond the domain of our ego and to recognize that we are inextricably connected to the universe. Reconnecting with green can help lift depression, improve energy, and boost overall well-being and mental health. Nature makes us feel energized and alive. Nature has the power to refresh our mind, body, and soul.

One of the most wonderful aspects of experiencing nature and becoming immersed in the wilderness is its incredible healing capacity and ability to reconnect us with the natural world. For many of us, the pressures of our modern day society place us in an environment which is distanced from that essential time in nature we so badly need. Nature plays a key role in our physical, emotional and spiritual development. As simple as it sounds, connecting with nature can make you feel better.

Being in contact with nature, even in small ways (like noticing the spring flowers or putting a plant in your office), can take you a step away from your daily grind, and lead you to feel more positive and calm. From your first steps into the forest, your entire body feels changed. You feel the gentle breeze on your skin and the trail under your feet. You breathe in and notice the clean, crisp air with the familiar smell of the forest that is sometimes punctuated with the odors of specific plants you pass, like a fragrant flower or a pungent sage. After a long hike, you feel recharged, and not just because of the exercise.

A wonderfully nourishing practice to heal through nature is to bring our awareness both to our five senses (sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch) and to the five great elements that comprise the physical universe: space, air, fire, water, and earth. Finding time each day to direct attention toward our senses in the context of the five great elements (known in Sanskrit as the mahabhutas) allows us to more fully appreciate our lives. Since our mind-body system is a unified, indivisible manifestation of nature, giving our attention and appreciation to this experience allows balance and healing to emerge.

Created in nature, this formula will also provide these benefits thru programmed intention, actual vibrations from nature and healing frequency. Expect subtle effects such as Feeling More alive, increase of concentration, Living in the now, more awareness, grounding effects, appreciation for all living things, a sense of connection to all, boost of consciousness, ease of stress, Increase self-esteem, Greater sense of belonging, boost of creativity, improvement in memory, ease of dementia symptoms and healing in various forms.
