My insides writhed and roiled as His deep voice took root in my mind, my skin squirming and warping as though the flesh beneath had become serpents straining to break free of their prison.

"Heed. Serve. Obey"

My mind felt numb, thoughts dulled to anything but the commands of His voice. Each time I pushed back, He would speak again and crush all resistance.
