This show gets so good I cant wait for you guys to get the answers you are seeking. I will say this, the current boyfriend plays the hell out of his role as a jerk. His knee-jerk reactions and constant yelling almost make him likable. YBRL made the statement of the year when he said "I am a good person which is why I enjoy seeing people (villains) do the things I wish I had the courage to do." That one was profound.

Just finished watching with yall and Lee starting to simp for Sumin at the end discussion is willlddd ahaah Also I think you guys must have forgot a scene from ep 1 I think as to why the main guy knows about Jiwon. There was a scene where he was on the phone and telling whoever to look into her. He gonna be handed the company so he prob have lots of connections to get all the info he needs. In any case, the theories are hillarious lol

I'm disappointed with myself for still not remembering the name of Su Min's actress but man she's one of the best villains out there. Cause the worst one will always be the one who pretends to be innocent and nice. When this drama started many of those who read the webtoon said that the kdrama Su Min was weak and she's not at par with the webtoon villain, you can even see it in the imdb reviews. But if the webtoon villain just shows the most cliche characteristic of being an antagonist then I fully disagree with that observation, you can throw that into the rest of the pile of typical villains! This Su Min will actually make your skin crawl. I love this actress, she really did an amazing job with her character.

It’s not that Su-min is jealous. She feels threatened by Hui-yeon (the other co-worker who loves to eat, haha) or anyone else who may befriend Ji-won cause she needs to be the only “friend” Ji-won has so she can manipulate her and work from the shadows, and to make her rely on her. She also needs Ji-won just have her as a friend so she can keep pretending to be "the nice softie friend" instead of the actual snake that she is! Also, remember how Ji-won said her father died from Cancer? That it may be something hereditary? I think both parents died from cancer… Or was it just her Dad? Can someone confirm please?

Lee, I agree! I admire the dedication Su-min has to her hateful craft, lol. She’s so capable. I mean, the way she right away meets with the Team Manager to manipulate him and get what she wants? Flawless. There’s nothing worst than a pathetic villain (Ji-won’s boyfriend, lol). At least Su-min is way more intelligent and conniving, so it makes her character much more interesting and layered even though she’s so annoying and my reaction to her is just like Director’s, haha.

I do believe it was intentional to give her bad looking earrings because if you remember, the real friend said, the only reason to give this bad of a knock off is for humiliation so the comparison was hers would look real compared to even worst knock offs was intentional. And then the fake friend was just gonna say stuff like don’t be so mean to her blah blah blah blah blah Because if you remember, everybody had been telling her not to wear those because exactly they were flat, and the ones the fake friend was wearing looked incredibly more real

It's funny how you couldn't see that this new friend is rich as hell. It should have been obvious from her rich bag, having the real earrings on just for going to eat in some normal food place and people knowing her in some cloth store which obviously cheapest price is 5 figure number.
