A thing to keep in mind is that Killer Queen's explosions are completely silent. The anime added the sound for dramatic effect. He can dispose of anything immediately and without noise. Kira didn't destroy the hand since he can only place one bomb at a time. He didn't have a bomb on the hand so he couldn't blow it up, and he can burn small objects since it's like a slow explosion.
