It's a refreshing story, because we normally have all the big gestures in the 16th episode before the happy ending in Kdrama, but this one, they gave that in 30 mins. It makes it more relatable since, in reality, marriage is not always rainbows and butterflies. It is not always happy all the time. I'm glad you reacted to this. Thank you.

I am glad you did. They are expensive to edit and post and this show uses 3-4 anime slots. Some people come for the one month binge and that’s not sustainable really. The monthly subscriptions keep this going. But whatever you do. Thanks

Is adorkable first time watching kim soohyun? she straight away praise my man's acting! I love watching the drama of married couple. Because we assume they have stronger bond since they are husband & wife they shuld know each other better but in reality nahh. just like flower of evil. Communication is obviously a key and its a hard thing to do.

If you focus on his side, you will see the stress on his shoulders. He has to follow the in-law's requests. Then he can't spend time with his dad because he has to prepare the food for his in-law's memorial service. He can't sleep properly, he doesn't feel the love any more. He expected Haein to keep her promise as she said "I promise I'd make you happy". But he endured it all for her. That's why communication is vital. His reasons were not lame, is you don't feel it. No matter how much you love one person, the environment the thoughts, and different aspects affect the love.

I'm starting this with y'all and I'm halfway through the episode. I just had to stop and say that the wife is the husband in this relationship lol And I kinda really love that. And tell me how I didn't recognize the actor for my darling Sangtae as a doctor in this thing! I almost cried. He's such a great actor. Loving this drama so far, but I'm also so curious where this is gonna go.

like you said being bullied is valid , and true but doesn't he have mouth . personality an action for this time of treatment. why isn't he defending himself , and wait for her to defend him and he did not know when he will marry her that means that he will marry her whole family and he knew that he will work for her . just because she has strong personality than him . gives him the right to hate her for not sticking up for him . i do not see the logic , every marriage have like these problems but not enough reason to divorce someone , he didnot even try to understand her side or understand her point of view , and like Alpha di commented above *No matter how much you love one person, the environment the thoughts, and different aspects affect the love. * , that's true also , but this is marriage will be like for everyone not just him

but i really was on his side , until he know that she was dying , that type of person is not even human being that supposed he was in love with her , despised her so much, suddenly saying i love you just because he is relieved that she is dying and won't divorce (that's sick move from him honestly , made all his reasons for divorce lame and not excused) , and why he doesn't shout at her saying that she is wrong and how her family is bad , but the wife can not defend herself , the grandfather sent his only daughter to jail for hitting his beloved girlfriend

I think you are focusing so much on what he should do and solutions you have that you’re not able to submerge into his perspective and simply understand. You dont have to agree with his choice to divorce. I dont either. But its been 3 years and they dont even sleep in the same room. The fire has died and they were not giving wood,oxygen or gas. Once they reached a point in their relationship it was natural to no longer stay in the same room…. It’s basically over You got a really look at how they set the stage and expedited that information and one episode.

one thing about this drama is that we don't need or have to take sides, we need to understand the perspective of both and how they view what's happening, how they will overcome all of this and remain together. Hyun woo stopped trying because he thinks she doesn’t care about him and his feelings and Hae In doesn’t know how to express herself and her feelings, even if she still loves him, he doesn’t know that.

About his supposed happiness about her death, when you are feeling so helpless and desperate, all feelings starts to come to you even if you don't really mean it, but you are so into your head, your pain, your feelings that anything that may get you out of a situation this bad makes you relieved. Let’s not forget this drama has a bit of dark humour/comedy, it's in the tags. A marriage don't survive on just love, it needs communication, but not only that, if you think about it, out couple have very different personalities, different goals and we can see that in the final videos at their their wedding, they both need to understand themselves first, know what are their expectations in the marriage, and they really need to express and talk more about their feelings, they need to understand each other, which at the moment they don't. And there is her family... I think it's expected that hyun woo would think Hae In should defend him and have his back. We, as viewers, know that her relationship with her family is complicated plus her difficult to express her feelings, hyun woo and hae in are both wrong, in the end they are all characters with flaws and not one of them is a villain, they were raised differently and in very different enviroments

I am so happy to be watching this for the first time with you guys. She has Moon-young vibes almost but I don't think she has a personality disorder she pushes her feelings down Deep so she shows no weakness. I don't think she can be equal much less below him because of that and the way her family is structured. I don't think I'm going to like dude after this episode though he is going to play for the money it was written all over his face.

Start reminds me of My Love From the Stars as the guy talking is the MC in that show too. Further in the episode it's so funny how Director was first I would marry to that family and slowly when episode progress you can see from his face that he wouldn't do it :D
