DIOR

LETS FUCKING GOOOOOOO

Hasnain Khan

Yehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Indifferent Denji

Here's a way to know its flashback when you got to a scene with Persia in rubble that's after the war current Persia has been pretty much rebuilt.

Ashes2Ash

GODDD i can hardly wait for next week.... its gonna feel like AGES until wednesday

Indifferent Denji

Sheera I think you mixed up flashbacks that flashback when we see a huge mfk was wassily first seeing bora. Sahad became Pluto after the war so after boras first sighting. Remember abbulah lost his family in the war and that's why he made sahad Pluto.

JBones

The guard android that came with Epsilon to save Wassily was such a fucking real one.

What a great series, the whole storytelling and the development of characters are amazing. Love y'alls reactions.

DarkGodHao

Bruh just like Gohan, Epsilon always had a great power to surpass most of the other robots, he simply didn't have the will to use it. Bro was a living walking SOLAR PANEL, HALF DRESSED LIKE GOJO SATARU!! If he REALLY wanted to, bruh could stay in the sky and rain lasers on a large scale, THE KIND ONES ARE SECRETLY THE SCARIEST ONES!! Either way Epsilon did far more damage to pluto than the rest of them combined, but all those military guys should be glad Epsilon got destroyed....... Cause LORD have mercy if Epsilon got introduced to unbalanced emotions in his AI programming.......

Ricky Pereira

Why Epsilon remind me of Micheal Jackson 😂

Gevinkie

in the English dub, the caretakers of the children tell Epsilon that they would have taken the child anyways. They knew what time it was whether they said no, he was going to be taken by force.

Dyastro

Boi is about to become shigaraki with those hands

Lamine

I was thinking Bora was some split personality from Sahad and Pluto. Which kind of goes along with what Sheera was saying, that Bora was something that was already inside Pluto's body before Sahad was put in there. Sahad might have been there to act as a balance so Bora wouldn't get loose. I'm assuming that once Bora is out Abullah has no control over its actions.

Anorak

The dub makes it clearer that they would’ve taken Wassily regardless of what the childcare workers said

Isaac

Yeah. It it really shows robots in this world are like good natured people in their programming.

Kisaki Hater

Right they should be glad epsilon didnt go to war and learn hatred... the way he coulda killed so many people and no one could stop him 😭 the dub literally said epsilon is one of the strongest beings on the planet my mans is unstoppable

YungZeus

Forgot how hard the animation went for this ep

jahara daughtry

Which is why I alot of ppl were suggesting they watch the dub. The language in the dub makes it alot easier to understand the dialogue between characters. The English subtitles aren’t that great at using the proper wording to explain things in certain scenes. The English dub was much more clear when they used “he could never be my enemy” when epsilom was questioned about Pluto …. Vs the sub reading “he would never be my adversary” It’s a slight change in wording but just that slight change evokes a different understanding.

WE NEED THE FINALE THIS WEEK!!!!!

Champion Bescos

I… man. *sigh* I loved Monster. Like, seriously loved it. And I really, really enjoyed the first half of Pluto. Can’t recommend it to people enough. But, with each passing episode after the halfway mark, my excitement waned as I felt more and more contrivances occur and conveniences began to pile up, alongside the mangaka’s incredibly short sighted, bleeding heart ideals slowly staining the narrative. It went from an intriguing murder-mystery and interesting bit of sci-fi with questions on the soul, to just another preachy post-war write up. Urusawa is so hellbent on his self-righteous thesis about humanity, hope, and hatred (and his comically palpable disdain for anything remotely American) that it gets in the way of consistent, competent, and rewarding storytelling. The show is ALWAYS compelling and atmospheric, and the twists hit as much as they miss. Its characters are interesting and I even got emotional three times in this series. It’s a good series! But, I have to admit, it just isn’t ‘great’ for me. Rewatching the finale really solidifies that. I know I’m gonna get downvoted for sharing my two cents, if anything. Despite thinking the series was a solid 9/10 during my first watch, I just can’t get behind a lot of the creative decisions when I rewatch this with y’all and it s’more like a 7.5/10 now, but I still love that yall are enjoying it so much. Here’s hoping 21st Century Boys gets its time in the sun next. Although that series had its own issues, it was still great.

zacharie garondo

I remember how Roshi trash red tornado in young justice for being a robot. So I know he would have been part of the anti robot society 😂

Tokyo GxS

You 3 should really react to Food Wars anime, its really funny and has comedy and has its serious parts.. you 3 reacting to that would just be perfect

Oni Legend

No i agree with you that show has some flagrant issues once the mystery box side of the show kinda fades away as you learn everything and a big issue is how heavy handed it gets(and thats not even mentioning the finale which is SOOOO heavy handed its not even funny). I noticed it between this episode and last episode but the amount of times things are repeated as if its the first time being revealed and is supposed to be this earth shaking revelation is insane. I would’ve loved to see the groundwork put into the characters be expanded on more rather than having them mainly service the main anti-war storyline and message just because theres only so much anti war stuff you can do at once or back to back before it loses its effect and starts to glaze over

LY

Yes! Food Wars and Saiki K. are two shows I've been hoping they would watch someday. I have not given up hope lol.

Champion Bescos

You summed up part of my issues perfectly. A lot of time dedicated to blatantly reiterating information for the audience, and that would be understandable since they don’t want people to get lost (though I normally dislike pandering to a lower common denominator), but then they treat each iteration of said info reveal to be just as groundbreaking as it was the first or second time. It gets tedious. Plus all of that just steals time away from further exploring the emotional and nuanced boundaries of the characters, introducing some (not a lot of) levity and humanity, making sure the ‘does AI have a soul’ question really sinks in. Just seems like a lot of mystery boxing covering up a lot of preaching and very little substance when everything is said and done. It could’ve been legendary, but instead we got pretty good.

Champion Bescos

As a side note… since yall like this show and loved Dune Part One, I can’t recommend BladeRunner 2049 to yall enough (from the same legendary director). I’m assuming yall have seen Scott’s original at some point already.

Tokyo GxS

Saiki K is also funny with so much comedy, I know they will love it. I want them to react to Food Wars so bad because it has a combination of everything even if its a cooking anime it brings competition, comedy, and more

Anzor Wilson

Fate/Grand Order please!

LiquidXGravity

I think they already seen it cause I heard them mention some stuff that happened in some of the episodes In other reactions

L1NG

Y'all need to get on shogun asap

HIM

Ya know, I really appreciate this show's version of Gendo Ikari here. Tenma is very pragmatic, cold, and calculating. He thinks so far ahead, it's crazy. But honestly, I appreciate his views on "perfection", as they mirror my own. I think we are all perfect as long as we accept ourselves as a Being of Balance, instead of on a scale of 0 to 100. We want to be who we were meant to be when born, not some perfect image in someone else's head. I'll leave it there, but I agree perfection can only be achieved with an imbalance that then leads to balance through self acknowledgement, awareness, and understanding.

HIM

One mooore thing.. TS 18:05(My video froze lol) "BORAAA!" was actually goin in for a sec, even in the dub. I don't know how commonplace it is these days, but I love that scene because I remember when I first heard "Ring around the Rosey" was actually about a Plague, or a bomb... one of the two 😆. There were several "children's" songs and nursery rhymes that were actually dark AF. This one, tho... I'm needa single, ASAP 😆

HIM

Pluto gives MAD Digimon 2000 vibes lol RIP a real one!

Clinton Vance

“what’s this, the freakin Black and White music video?” Lupa 😂 I seriously thought the same thing when I watched that part.

Anorak

🤷‍♂️ I disagree, but to each their own

poisonivybag

Fuck Epsilon's death got me. Didn't expect to cry watching this.

Sham3ful

Gesicht & Epsilon got to me & then seeing Sahad wanting death was just too much, Abdullah gotta go asap

Ruin

Epsilon ended up being my favorite character. And without his nerfs he could’ve easily bodied Pluto no difficulty.

Wassim aitikhlef

Epsilon would have just shinra tensei everyone in the war. Its wouldnt even call a war. More like a genocide.

Rak

Wassily feeling like Andre 3000 when Hey Ya dropped

Casey Hedge

The other sun wasn't Pluto, that was the actual sun....

Papa Souls

yo that bodyguard robot was a REAL one

Mubarez Ahmad

Monster would be a Fantastic reaction

Derek Ferguson

This death hurt nearly as much as North no. 2

Jorginho

If you enjoyed pluto consider reacting to another urusawa masterpiece: Monster with epsilon being the main villain :DD

Joshua Bridges

Epsilon was my favorite character in the series hate it had to be him
