"mouse" could be a trio but I'm not too sure ( I don't know how the duo and trio grouping works), saiki k deffo trio, it is very funny and a classic comedy staple. Just a heads up if u do read this revenant is horror, mouse is thriller and its OK is romance with comedy and mystery

So after watching it through again, the assassin actually had the other guy hiding in the backpack the whole time. That's how they pulled off the 4 arm trick and how there were suddenly two of them.

Yeah the second ninja guy was in the backpack. In the beginning of the fight, you see the guy wearing a backpack. At 20:10 , when the main character punched him into the wall, the guy left his backpack behind and you see ninja #2 come out at 20:15 while he is charging.
