Hyun-su for the majority of his life was called a demon and monster, so through all that emotional abuse has begun to believe that. He of course has fallen hard for her but just does not understand that and does not believe he has the right to love her. Cause he sees himself as that emotionless monster that is haunted by his killer father.

i loved that whole scene with moojin, hae su, and hyeon su going over the case. they were asking all the same questions i was. "he was to sloppy. something is up with this dude. there is more to this than just "im a serial killer" and i guess its going to tie into little homie's side quest

Y'all need to watch Worst Of Evil. It came out this year and is something right up your alley. It's a crime drama involving a drug trade between Korea, China and Japan. It's a asian mob show. It's suspenseful and really interesting, it isn't cheesy like other dramas tend to be.

As long as the patient didn't receive trauma or severe injury to the head, the brain will remain intact and working like normal. After several years it might take a long time to adjust and focus but it won't be "goo". A great example would be Annie Shapiro that went into coma for almost 30 years

I mean the show says he has it, that’s the only reason I mentioned the disorder. It appears to me like the people around him just told him he was a certain way so he just acted like that. It’s pretty obvious that he cares about his family though, he’s not aware to what extent.
