Wait there’s 2 koi fish charms… the one his hae su gave him is still on his recorder in a bag with the rest of his belongings, so who gave the (victim/wife)her charm since that’s the one that was said to belong to MC ,where did the other one come from?

This is crazy, if the dude on the recording is threatening the woman then he mentioned the village head died in the in the recording meaning when the woman who had the tape witnessed the woman getting thrown in the truck, that means the murder of the village head had happened like after the woman who got kidnapped, so if the kids were with the village head after the father died, then the woman got kidnapped after all of that happened so it couldn’t be the father because the father died and the village head took the kids in so what happened first the father died, second the village head took them kids in, third the woman got kidnapped into the truck and the woman who has a tape witnessed it, so it wouldn’t make sense for the father to have kidnapped and buried the woman if he died already because that would have to mean this happened before the kids got taken in by the village head.

Roshi to clarify your confusion, they said the dad was only discovered to be a serial killer after his death. So basically the witness knew for a fact that there was an accomplice because she was threatened after his death. So just to give a quick timeline the father dies, they start investigating him and the witness is giving her testimony against hyun soo, at this point hyun soo and his sister are being taken care off by the village chief, then the village chief dies and the witness receives the threat to stop talking so she withdraws her testimony. Hope this helps

Let me simplify the timeline: -Women gets kidnapped -the witness gives her testimony about the dad’s car but nothing happens to him since her testimony is refuted by hyun soo who says he was with his dad the whole time - the dad dies -dad is discovered to be a serial killer -kids are taken in by the village chief -village chief dies -women receive the threat to stop talking

The sigh of relief when Detective Choi came back from the dead. His actor was great in Bloodhounds, but even better here. I like how he relieves the tension, but also comes off as a very talented officer in his own right.

well she gave two statements: one saying she saw the dad and one saying she didnt. the message had to be sent before they went to trial where she recanted her statement and trials take months. so the message was left sometime before that, whenever it got in the news about the village chief

not necessarily. whoever called could have done so after the village head murder. it also depends on how close the father's suicide, the last victim, and the village head was murdered that everything happened. could've happened on the same night, the same week, a month apart. hard to state facts when there are still so many possibilities

i actually stand corrected. wrote the previous comment while listening to their theories at the end and was reminded of something. the father was supposedly with the son on the night that the girl was kidnapped, as his son's testimony cleared him. meaning he was still alive and so was the village head as the kids go live with him until the father died.

this is definitely a disney show. dead parents. tragic childhood. some self discovery. but do all disney shows end on a positive note? i don't know as i was a nickelodeon kid. and the mcu shows haven't all ended positively.

Roshi! The woman was kidnapped and the witness gave her initial testimony in court about it but it didn't hold up since Hyeon-su provided the dad the alibi. Not long after that the dad passed and the village chief took the kids in, and only after the dads death was it found out that he was a serial killer (likely due to the police investigation on his death). Village chief did something to get killed, and since it was believed to be Hyeon-su, the whole investigation would have had to be reopened since his alibi could have been faked. Whoever the accomplice was would have threatened the witness to recant her testimony after hearing about the retrial on the news or something. Trials can take months to occur.

I’m telling you Taxi Driver gotta be the next Kdrama after this. You gonna love everything about it. But if you want to watch something dark then I’d suggest The Worst of Evil or something different and cool then I suggest Moving as the best for last. But Taxi Driver is definitely the next go to after Flower of Evil

Ohh so I was totally wrong. I was thinking the father had died and the kids went to go live w/ the village head BECAUSE the father died. So that leaves me to believe that since the father did kill the wife jung misuk he sent the tape to threaten the woman with the tape. I think I understand now.

A lot of the rumours abt dhys are due to his antisocial personality disorder & people mistaking that for him being a psychopath, people with aspd are capable of emotions & such, but lack certain ones & have a harder time understanding others, they can also care for a select few people, such as certain friends or family members, but its often confused for psychopathy though, so thats where a lot of the rumours about him comes from
