I agree with Sheena’s optimism haha I think the detective may have passed out from the rapid loss of blood & & her husband, Hee Sung, may have passed out too & so she may be just grieving who she thought her husband was & accepting who he really is. The one we know for sure won’t survive is the Taxi driver

I think y'all forgot the part where he was also stabbed and losing blood on top of drowning twice lmfao Also towards your confusion during the scene with Baek Hee-song's parents and pretending they didn't know anything - the father was basically saying that they could be understood as delusional, grieving parents who wanted to "keep their son" by having Hyeon-su continue living on as him so they could pretend their son was still around, and that they would feign ignorance by saying that they had no idea who Hyeon-su was nor knew anything about his past and get away without any consequences besides being seen as crazy.

Her world just turned upside down. So i don't think It's a matter of just shock, it's been shown she's been in love with him since forever. She's a detective and a seemingly damn good one yet she didn't see the signs because of preferential bias. Her husband/father of her child may or may not be a murder and she just found out. give her a break.

iotnbo is ok. knowing how unhinged the actress was in real life kind of made rewatching it difficult. but the acting in it is superb. i couldn't get through the first two episodes of odyssey. which i usually try to watch at least the first four. i'll have to try it again at some point. when i have nothing else to watch....

i mean, it's a theory. at this point we haven't seen anyone technically murder anyone else. though the argument can be made that there's a reason hyun soo sees demon dad and heard his dad tell him to kill his coworker. but let them have their theories. it's fun, especially when it adds to their surprise later on thinking one way and being shown another.
