I really wish they weren’t called “Tokyo manji gang” cause for some reason it is impossible for y’all to realize these are 14 yr olds who never do anything illegal besides getting in fights. For the entirety of the series we have never seen toman so much as deal cigarettes in a back alley so why for the love of everything do yall think they would have access to guns. It is said time and time again that toman is different than the others because they have honor and the toman in the future is a drastic difference than who they are now. Also Kisaki ain’t standing on nothing big mitchy be in the trenches getting his hands dirty every episode but Roshi out here staning a dude who sneaks women and waits till their opponent is damn near dead to try and confront them, I see you Roshi. Man I can’t wait for the end of this arc

Totally feel you guys but Kisaki is extremely smart and has more dirt bag connections so it's possible for him to have a gun within the story. In Japan it is so hard to get a gun especially a minor. But also Shonen publishers won't allow the MC to be a type of person who has intent to commit murder so Takemichi going out to try and get a blick just can't happen.

Feel better soon we love your content and dedication guys keep it up But one point I want to make about the weapons. There aren’t that many instances with people who pulled out weapons and every time it was a lethal one it even shocked the enemy gangs. The only ones who have done it until this point are Kiyomasa, Pah, Kazutora, Baji, Hakkai, Inupi, Haitani brothers, Mucho and Kisaki. Even Mochi from Tenjiku thinks the brothers are dirty for using weapons it’s not really a Toman problem most of them don’t use weapons and even in the list I gave 5 of them used them bcs they were mentally unhinged at the moment (like Mucho in this episode) So yeah Toman doesn’t use those and especially lethal ones and it wouldn’t really make sense. Except Takemichi Mikey and Drakken to this moment no one in Toman has beef with Tenjiku that’s serious to the point where they would risk a murder trial by killing one of them. Like what would Chifuyu Angry or Hakkai for example stab them for ? 😭 So yeah it could look stupid but actually weapons have really been barely used during the series when you really think about it. All of the gangs have always (mostly) been about throwing hands.

Yeah Toman is more like a squad to protect your neighborhood from those gangs. Have a name that shows to people that you have protection any day and a big group of people to get back at those who hurt your friends. Toman doesn’t do illegal shit and that’s the issue with them becoming a gang in the future bcs they never wanted to go down that path to begin with. I have waited years for the blue ogre and everything this episode has been portrayed incredibly. I just wanna say Kakucho has always had two different colored eyes. I'm not sure why in the flashback, they showed him with the same colored eyes 😭 it must've been something with the animation, but Kakucho has always had two colored eyes. Also Kisaki has a wide range of connections so no doubt he was able to get a gun. However, it's different for Takemichi who doesn't know who or where to go to attain one himself lol

You gotta admit even when they’re outnumbered or the opps got a weapon, Toman always wins in the final brawls. Only reason Tenjuku got the upper hand is because they caught them all lacking and separated earlier in the season. They knew not to wait to attack when everyone’s all together and fresh. Put some respect on Toman

Ryan good points especially about Toman's future. And Shonen publishers have a theme as well as rules and guidelines that must be followed and any manga that doesn't adhere to those rules can't get picked up. So the main "gang" committing crime and violence on their own would be nixed stat. Also nowadays in Japan there really aren't many "gangs." Even the yakuza are nearly gone or are struggling to survive. But biker gangs in Japan called bou-sou-zoku were a thing a while back. Technically they were just a group of friends who biked around the city together and hung out but people considered them a gang of delinquents as they were a public nuisance because they made loud horn noises as they drove and were intimidating especially as a group. Some of course did dabble in crime as well and may have graduated into the yakuza but killing wasn't a common thing. They were also called "teams" and would get matching jackets like in the show, so more like a crew or squad than a gang. The teams often got into fights with each other naturally and bats, batons and the dirty ones carried knives but guns were extremely rare and this show is based on the bousouzoku.

Sometimes I think they forgot that these are all 14-15 years old kids who do nothing illegal. They didnt do drug, drink, smoke, no nothing. Like seriously the only ones that got caught and sent to juvie were Pah-chan and Kazutora for stabbing and killing others. And I know shooting Kisaki will be the best solution, but where can Takemichi or any other kids get a gun? Just because Kisaki somehow got a gun doesnt mean it is accessible for all of them. If they can get guns that easily, Mikey and Draken (theorectically only) would grab them and light Kisaki ass up 3 episodes ago when he just killed Emma. All the shootings and killings were during the future timeline, not in the past/ present. Ps: what's the point of having a gun and still need to get super close before pulling them out? Like he could put three holes in Takemichi from a dozen meters away. Or maybe his aim is just trash.

okay i have to say i rather takemitchy die and the story continues with the other characters. he is so boring at this point. everybody else is interesting and has great backstories with power ups. all he does is have flashbacks and gets his ass beat but heres another thing. kisaki and takemitchy are actually the same. they never directly win any fights. kisaki is just smarter and is better at executing his plans where as takemitchy fails at every plan he tries to execute but whatever the mvp of this episode was angry. that was badass. i wouldnt care if they killed takemitchy and the story ended at this point.
