I agree with what Roshi and Sheera said at the end there with the Jerome having no accountability thing. Its like he’s had 20 chances at a Telltale dialogue choice and chose the “Say Nothing” option everytime then gets mad when everyone else does something. ESPECIALLY when the only real time Franklin was trippin directly about him was when had that shit at the end of season 4 with Leon where he was basically like “oh yeah none of you niggas is leaving me” and then also the not telling him about the CIA. Vs if you compare it to say Peaky Blinders(since the shows are incredibly similar seriously its crazy) where John was getting upset at being a toy soldier because that nigga Tommy stopped telling them and letting them in on shit real quick after season 1 and was just deadass giving them the most barebones need to know information possible. In that case I understood it, he brought it up at the wrong time mind you, but i got where he was coming from

I don't think Jerome actually ever had a chance to get out. He tried multiple times but was told by Franklin and Louie that they needed to stay in. Then he found out it was because they were working for the government. Now Teddy is relying on Louie after ousting and robbing Franklin so no way he lets them leave. Foul to take it out on Leon but I get it, he's basically been held hostage in a situation he wants out of but has always had to stay in.

ong all the mistakes he done made he still stood on top of business. its at the very least respectable. but its sad to see jerome go out like this. but i think its because he just wanted to be happy, regardless. as of last episode we realize he aint really have much, and i think he was desparatae at any somewhat normal attempt at winning, even if it meant silently letting shit slide even though he shouldn't have.

Regardless of what Franklin and Louie needed from him, Jerome’s a grown man and should’ve put his foot down and walked away regardless. He can’t blame anyone but himself. There were plenty of times he could’ve left, but he decided to stay entirely on his own. Franklin never forced him to do any of this. He gave Franklin the cold shoulder in season 1 and then changed his mind after he saw how much money was being made. And now that he’s in too deep, he’s blaming Franklin. Roshi is right, Jerome just rides the wave and when shit hits the fan, he blames everyone else. They all played a part in where they at today.

jerome is an average human (mentally speaking) and the average person (especially one who hasnt gone to therapy) doesnt take accountability for their own actions. he is clearly miserable so he is looking for someone to be the focus of his ire instead of looking at a mirror. he is also very irascible and when you are in that state you cant take time to relax, relate, release. thats why when he had that fight with frank at the diner he said "KILL ME" cause he wants the pain to stop. that was the most real he has been since this all started. he had a moment of weakness and revealed his true self: depressed and want someone to put him out of his misery.

Really good Wanda episode. I feel so much for her and not wanting to go back to that place that is just painful reminder of all the worst things she has done and experience and where she will always be an ex junkie. Really like the Franklin/Leon reunion. Where they are just eating burgers and discussing his trip before they get to the hard part. I have enjoyed how their friendship evolved and since the other friend died I think Franklin has done his best to do right by him. And even when he has to tell him he should get out he starts by making clear that he really wished he didnt to tell him anything like that. First episode to manage to make me dislike Jerome. I dont mind him being angry with Franklin. Franklin tried to kill his wife and while I hate Louie I understand why they are beefing because he doesnt consider money should matter enough to kill family. But he has no beef with Leon and he didnt tried to start anything. There was no reason to shit like Jerome did and calling him not family. Thats the kind of bs I expect from Louie (they never liked each other) not Jerome.
