Hey, Sheera, the woman he was acting as wasn't his biological sister. That was his sister-in-law that he had feelings for before his brother married her. I'd assume due to his jealousy and pent up frustration toward the relationship he thought of her as a hussy which is why he'd portray her being kinda a skank toward other men.
