Damn, quite a long prologue for an anime about making the country of Vinland. Actually imagine this is just like a Thorfinn character arc of how he became what he is before he became the great leader of Vinland, and his child was actually the main character of the anime 🧐. So we can expect 4 more seasons? 😂

A lot ppl tend to forget that thorkell is thorfinn and ylvas great uncle. So ylva got both Thors and Thorkells genes but someone those genes of height at least completely skipped out on thorfinn 😂

Also let’s hope S3 doesn’t take 4 years this time. It probably isn’t considering a big part on S2 taking so long was probably because of the studio changes

Ari was the guy who tried to attack Askeladd after Thors was shot with the arrows! He was also trying to ask for Ylva’s hand in marriage before they all set out to sea, and as we can see it worked out REALLY well in the end.

This episode was definitely better if you've recently re-watched the first season. Kinda hard to remember Ari, that time Thorfinn broke some kid's arm playing vikings and the scene of Thors trying to learn from the blacksmith but not quite getting it right. That was why Thorfinn gave a slight smile at the sight of the blacksmith working.

Buy the manga. It gives them direct statistics that the anime is promoting the manga and will encourage them to animate faster. Buy the blu-ray too if you can afford it(i don't even own a blu-ray player and i bought it)

Amazing season, just wanted to ask if you will ever react to Vikings. One of the best shows i've ever watched, on par with peaky blinders, in my opinion better. Great action, cast, scenery and story. I think it would make for a really good reaction and a fun watch

In the manga we got to see his sister cutting his hair. While he dozed off she shaved his beard despite thorfinn wanting a bit of facial hair. He was then okay with it when Einar said it make him look friendlier.

Cause it will most likely be in season 3. The haircut talk referenced Thorfinn's love life and it would have been too much to hint at gudrid on top of everything else. I think it is for the best because we will get everything involving the romance next season so having it in the start will be a good way to keep it connected
