what if akane is somehow related to the guy aqua wants dead for it to go back to that company and we have an in by akane so many secrets hide in that place. who would be that person Ai would fall in love enough to hide the identity till death and love so much she hid the pregnancy till she could be safe but probably has issues if he is willing to kill her while preggo and then try and kill her again and bayme the kids too. I suspect Ai remembering his name stopped him from killing aqua and ruby too it is why the stalker was found dead and no info about his accomplice was found.

It’s likely that Aqua and Kana will end up together but in all honesty it’s so weird bc he’s a grown man and was a grown man when he met her when she was like 5. And the whole thing about age for idols is really how it usually works. Personally I haven’t seen female idols over 23 debut before tbh. Youngest I’ve heard about was 13 for both male and female and considering the amount of time they spend as trainees, they were probably brought in when they were 11-12.

yeah idols usually start very young regardless of gender. its easier for that age to pick up things rather than getting a 20+ yr old to do it. its no different from teaching ur kids piano or some form of art. starting early is always better and easier than later. tho i dont think this is the type of show where Aqua is gonna end up with anyone. might be a sad bittersweet ending? i was thinkin maybe at the end, he somehow ends up traveling back in time to catch the stalker at the day of her birth and help her give birth to two regular children but that might be a stretch lol

Yeah Mem being 25 is actually a higher deal with the idol industry considering because most idols/groups peak around early to mid 20s. Most idols go through 1-2 years of training before making their debut and unless they are from a big agency or get unlucky it will take a few years for them to get going. So in most cases if Mem joined an average idol group at her current age she’ll always be either 30 or close.

I'm wondering could it be that Ai was r**ed? The only thing I can think of is how she never told her kids she loved them until she was dying, as if she was neglecting the in that aspect and only ever accepted them with love in her last breath but idk it might be a stretch. Also given the route of this show, how it's been portraying pretty much every aspect of the film/entertainment industry as of now, and knowing sexual abuse is also a huge issue in this work line I feel we'll eventually encounter this and given that this is like the most serious issue I wouldn't be surprised if the author saved it for the most important character, Ai.

Ig its possible but considering they've made a point to portray she fell in love and she was going to have her kids meet their father that pretty unlikely. Doubt she would expose her children to a rapist. Also the point of ai not telling her kids she loved them until she died was to show her fear of the confession being a lie. Due to her upbringing she was never loved nor truly loved someone or aware of it. She couldn't comprehend what it means and feels to love someone. Thats why she became an idol to be loved by fans and hopefully love them back. When all of that mixed with her lie/facade filled personality it made her even more unaware of her feelings. But us viewers could always see she loved her children and she confirmed it to herself in her last words

Im think that the thing with the show is that it's a highschool romance show. Mem is technically still in highschool cause she took a break from school to work for her mom and brothers. So she is still a highschooler which is why they put her on the show. I pretty sure everyone knows her age considering she famous enough on youtube you could probably just search up "Mem age" on google and itd show you. Mabye not though just a guess.

This is because they don't feel like investing into someone over 20, cuz it takes years to cultivate enough of a following for an idol for it to be worth it to a corpo, maybe even 5+ years or towards 10 depending on RNG + raw talent itself. Hence why it's 12-20 range, cuz they clearly prefer as close as possible to 12 so they are still young enough once they are popular in 5-10 years, and have thus a longer career (idols would prolly retire by 30's to 40's, given the nature of the business model itself. Especially since idols can't be in a relationship & all that cuz seiso n shieet, so most would prolly stop by 40's cuz of starting a family or w/e, as the biology rly tries to bruteforce you into an overdrive by that point)

They kind of explain the age thing away. Aqua basically says that biological age has waaay more of an effect on him then he imagined it would. When he's playing ball with Kana he basically tells her (without TELLING her), the doctor man is dead and he is now truly just Aqua, a smarter than average teenage boy. TLDR: Being re-babied and having to go through puberty again flipped a lot of his switches back to "teen".
