I feel like Yunyun is so shy is because she is the only crimson demon who is somewhat "normal" but what's normal at their village is weird anywhere else. Yunyun is the only person is the village who thinks the way they all act is weird and always tries to stop everyone from doing the stupid shit that is so normal to all of the villagers. She also is the only crimson demon to try and give the cat a actual pet name instead of some nonsense lol. I find it hilarious how everyone treats her like shes the crazy one even though she seems to b the one with the most common sense. (Im not saying she is smart, but she does seem to get how crazy her whole village is)

I guess it would depend on how many Extra Lives she has available, she could theoretically just respawn outright, but IDK how easy it is to get Extra Lives if you ain't a Duke of Hell hierarchy wise like Vanir is etc. But yeah that's just basically a flesh puppet, since Demons, especially those high-ranking ones like her & higher, can't actually leave Hell, since they are a type of Conceptual Lifeforms not unlike Daedra in Elder Scrolls I suppose (i.e their actual "body" is their own Pocket Dimension, not a humanoid platform per se), so they have to basically remote control a puppet (so kinda like Warframe deal), it's pretty gameyfied all things considered

To be fair to Megumin, the cat did want to stay with her so she kinda wasn’t stealing the cat since it has free will. She definitely stole her money, accused her of crimes she didn’t commit, and murder her.

They made it seem like the entire joke around Yunyun was that nobody wanted to be her friend even things like plants would uproot themselves to not be around her, yet Yunyun has been nothing but competent and well liked by everyone this season.
