The Guy at the end in the bar who gave the carriage a weird look was Hanz, the deadly poison slime and a general of the demon kings army. He was the villain of the arcanretia arc after poising the hot springs in season 2. Also perfect time to remind, we actually saw Hanz talking to the woman megumin is looking for in the shared gender baths when Kazuma was in there creeping, meaning she is probably a general of the demon king.

I find some of the jokes this season to be kind of hard to entertain. Like loewring the marriage age... grown ass man wanting a 15 year old megumin to sit on his face... Idk. I guess the point is to paint the Aqua cultists as supreme weird mfers. also I speak japanese. Idk why they mistranslated this at around 2:05, but they didn't say polyandry. It was polygamy. To answer Lupa’s question. In season 1 they explain that due to the demon king, when the locals die they are too afraid to be reborn in their world, so they don’t reincarnate there, which is causing the population to decline. That’s one of the reasons they Isekai people from Japan to the new world. So, I guess the answer is, yes, some of the locals probably do get reverse isekai’d, although they probably just get reborn in a different world without any memories.
