To clear some things up. The old guy was asking his nurse if she had any more of her inhaler left because she asthmatic. The teenage girl was telling hyun su to standup for himself and tell the others just because off for their treatment of him. Earlier in the episode the girl with bass was not actually infected. It was a practice drill to build up some kind of defense in case an actual monster comes.

The scene where the guitar girl was having her nosebleed scene was them acting out a scenario where one of them turns I think. She was not really turning, it was basically them having a drill. Thats why they didnt lock her up with Hyun-su

Nope literally none of this whole subplot with the gangster guy happened. In fact the pedo is a show insert. He is not a character in the webcomic. Literally could have have replaced with any other subplots, preferbaly for characters that actually matter

The main character has been super depressed this entire time. He literally tried to kill himself in the very first episode, and the entire time he's been kind of out of it. Plus, we know that he cuts himself too. And thinks that he deserves all of this, that he needs to be punished. So him just letting the rest of the survivors use him as a tool in this way is probably more along the lines of all that stuff. He kind of just wants to die, but feels like he can still be useful to people, he thinks he should be punished, so he just takes pretty much takes whatever. It's also why he wasn't all that mad or concerned when the people were voting to keep him around or not. He thinks he deserves this. This is what he is doing instead of cutting himself, just another way of self harm.

Personally I don't think an adaptation has to adapt the source material 1:1. You can make creative changes. Add subplots, remove them. But those changes have to be good. The whole subplot with Pyeon Sang wook (gangster) is stupid because every character involved in it are ultimately inconsequential to the main plot. The character of Pyeon sang wook himself is so boring and stiff. Like I said before it looks like he is high af all the time. Now I don't know if it's because of bad acting or just bad direction. At least in the webcomic Sang wook was expressive. Here he just has one expression

She is actively antagonistic against just about everybody, her defending the mc once or twice does not balance out her fucking behavior in the slightest. Like I said. She needs to be put in her place, not hurt (probably), but something needs to happen to her. So that she's less antagonistic or at least more quit. Like the saying goes "If you don't have anything good to say, you're better off saying nothing at all".

It does not matter if she sprinkles some "common sense gems" here and there when she always comes across antagonistic as she says it, great way to make people just disregard all of your "common sense" btw. Every time she's on the screen I'm like "God it's this bitch again, here we go she's gonna run her mouth again and then waddle her sassy ass out of the room". I watched the whole show when it came out so I don't remember the whole thing, except being very frustrated with this chick. I hope something happens to make her character less frustrating otherwise it just feels like she's there to bitch and moan.

See this is the shit I was talking about. If even after multiple viewings you get multiple things wrong it just proves the show is confusing af. The 'golden hour' only occurs when someone is transforming and they can die to injuries that are fatal to normal humans. Once monsterized they never enter the golden hour. And no fire isn't the only thing that can kill them. As long as you can overcome their regenerative ability you should be able to kill them. They literally killed a monster 2 minutes ago. Funny thing is that at this point they shouldn't know that fire is the easiest way to kill them because the downstairs group hasn't seen a monster being killed by it.

Uhh what? No. There is so much wrong with this I don't even know where to begin. 1) You don't need to wait for the golden hour to burn them. You can burn them when they are in monster form. That will still kill them. They literally kill the Steroid Monster that way. He wasn't even in the golden hour. 2) You can kill someone in the golden hour without needing to burn them. Any injury that's fatal to a normal human being would kill someone in the golden hour.

The "gangster" storyline made it more interesting for me so I liked ep 5 and now 6 quite a lot since it gave a lot more information on the characters and made them more likable to me, hopefully it keeps up like this because it got a lot better since ep 5 imo.

Also, it's not really the same, & I say this as someone who doesn't like when people shut down pet owners with this. A child is a much bigger investment & risk than a pet (you can't die because you bought a pet, you don't have to stress about & send your pet to many years of school, you don't stress about the future of your pet, you don't expect for your pet to take care of you in old age, I can go on.). People can be devasted after losing a pet (I know I would if my dog were to die), but I've never seen anyone say their lives have no meaning anymore when their pet dies, even people whole claim their pets are like their children. A pet & a child, even though they have similarities, are still different in many ways & it should be understandable that people think this (though I also still have problems with some people's conclusions but what can you do?). Humans aren't arrogant (at least no more than any other animal already is), we just know how we think & can judge accordingly, unlike animals.
