They rushed so much of the explainations from the Webcomic but at the same thing there are large chunks of the episode where nothing happens. Like I swear 10 minutes of the run time is just characters staring at each other. Wook Pyeon (Wesker guy) annoys me for some reason. I know they are trying to go for the intimidating, slow and delibrate look with the character but I don't know if it's the acting or what but it just looks like mans is stoned out of his mind. He barely reacts to anything. Like he let the creepy guy just go. Grab him ffs!

Never understood people that complain about a tv show that they claim is a waste of time every time a new episode is posted seems redundant to me 🤷🏾‍♀️. The next episode will explain in detail why the dude with burn marks is after that creepy guy . Also the dude with the glasses I think should’ve let that woman look for her daughter but I understand why he didn’t under the circumstances. He seems like a very pragmatic person which I personally think is key when your in a apocalyptic type situation. Overall better episode than the last one

I mean if he was pragmatic he would let her leave. She has already shown to be a liability. She endangered everyones lives and there is a very high likelihood she will develop a grudge against the group since she clearly blames them for her daughters death. A good leader would make her leave or even kill her. Also it's not like she is a very valuable member of the group. She isn't a fighter or a strategist and doesn't contribute much.

That was especially proven when that tongue monster had enough foresight to hide in waiting for someone to come out and kill them. Even before that in episode 1 when they opened the gate the first time and immediately it started attacking. I think he didn’t want to risk it . That’s what I mean by being pragmatic. Not just for everyone’s survival but your own as well.

When it comes to the firefighter lady yes and no. I would argue that she’s given more to do as a character vs with the archer girl. That’s probably one of this kdramas strengths. That it’s more of an ensemble cast/storyline rather than just focusing on just 1 character

I was talking more about this weird character trope that a lot of Zombie kdrama's seem to share. For example another character archtypes I have seen is the asshole guy trope. It's the shopkeeper here and the invincible zombie guy in All of us are dead. And like other Kdrama character archtypes they share a lot of mannerisms. Like the way they speak with pausing a lot and saying stuff like 'Why you.....'

I agree and disagree just a little bit. I agree that all of us are dead was also an ensemble however I thought writing for the characters and the screen time/for these characters could’ve been better. With sweet home I felt that the characters were more evenly spread or balanced overall

I see your point. I definitely would’ve let her go. However I see where he probably didn’t want to risk opening the gates back up again and the tongue monster and more monsters coming in and killing all of them. Plus like most I think he fully believed that her daughter was dead anyways. That’s why he froze like that. He was shocked and didn’t know what to do in that moment. Which ended up saving his life in a messed up way. If he had either he would’ve died or maybe more would’ve died. Either way it’s a tough situation/decision. That’s why being the leader sucks. It’s a thankless job

They keep saying the woman had time to save her daughter, but that monster had been waiting in that pipe since they last kicked it out and its tongue reaches dozens of feet. So, best case, just her and her daughter die, worst case she gets all of them clapped because they can't close the door in time.

I think they've mentioned before that they watch Netflix subs (which would be the ones you're referring to) but when they edit it for us to watch they change some subs around, although I'm not sure why. But I believe I've seen editors notes on other episodes.
