Lmao that part with Tsurumi and Admiral Koito riding/running and fighting was absolutely ridiculous. I really do love seeing all the backstories of the 7th soldiers, that end scene with Koito and Ogata gave me chills.

Aye, it might be difficult to tell since they are speaking russian. But the one who called him a spoiled rich kid, was definitely the same voice actor as Ogata. I assume the whole thing was set up by Tsurumi to get Koitos father on his side. Which gave him access to those destroyer ships back in abashiri prison.

Look at the 3 men who were picking up the dead Russian bodies @20:24. It's Ogata, Tsukishima and Kikuta ( The new character you saw the other episode), all guys who still work under Tsurumi at present date in the anime.

Tsurumi the Mastermind. Dude made sure this scheme would go flawlessly. And he waited 2 years after meeting lil' Koito too? Jeez. But yeah, Tsurumi was lookin' daddy before he up and got his forehead blown up. The random Looney Tunes during the epic motorbike scene was unnecessary and funny. Any ridiculous excuse to show off some man body for fanservice.

@Ginger Dwarf and Ogata said "spoiled rich kid" in Russian to Koito right before he ran away from the hospital, which I think he intentionally let Koito realize that it was a whole setup. Ogata is definitely having fun messing around with the 7th division

Ogata called Koito Barchonok at the end of season three, that’s why it was in his mind in the first place. Also if you go and see the part where Ogata, Tsukishima, and Kikuta carrying the bodies you can see Ogata has an injured nose from when Koito head butted him

The thing is, the author didn't make a series of naked men as a fan service. He was utterly having fun drawing them because he simply adores naked guys. At least that's how it's interpreted in the Japanese fan community

Don't know if people remember, but Tsurumi was able to break in the prison with elder Koito's help on the waters. Rather elaborate plan just to get two men on his side.

This is a good point actually. I was thinking “that’s a lot to go through to get Koito on his side but I guess that makes sense”. But he did it to get Admiral Koito on his side as well which is worth it in my opinion.

I think Ogata felt sympathy when the kid was bowing and thinking he would die that's why he put his hand on his back but then his dad came to save him and Ogata got mad and called him "barachonok". Also idk if it's me being a russian speaker but I could tell one of the russians was dude who's with Ashiripa and Sugimoto right now by the way he talked and pronounced things.
