You know watching this series back now. I wonder if part of Albedo's confused and almost defiants in season 2 had something to do with Ainz name change. Momonga was who she was programmed to be in love with. So wouldn't that be nullified once he changed his name? There was a episode where his old name flag was laying on the floor. That really made me think

They weren't even in the game when he got transported, much more in the future where many years have gone by. Finally it begins! There's lots of little details skipped here and there so I'll do some general stuff. 1st. The pacing for this season will be pretty insane. It's gonna cover volumes 10 11 and 14. Volume 12 and 13 will be turned into a Canon movie so make sure to watch that when it releases! 2nd. The bug Ainz fed called Nurunuru kun is a Lib Bug, the same thing Entoma has. Lip Bugs eat someones voice and then go on your throat and when you talk, another persons voice comes out. Entoma has Arche's voice. And Ainz has a random guys so that people won't know he's Momon when he goes out. 3rd. Those spiders on the ceiling are called 8 Edge Assassins and are rather powerful. They are perma invis and are generally always in Ainz room to protect from assassination, or Albedo. 4th. Nigredo is Albedo's older sister and a skipped character from Season 1! She appears for a second in the opening. Her meeting is pretty crazy, but I won't say how the viewers meet her just in case they redo that scene in this season! Albedo also has a little sister named Rubedo. Who I'll keep the same stance on. We've never seen Rubedo even in the Light Novels. But the details given about her are insane! Also Nigredo, Pestonya (the dog faced maid from season 2) are some of the feeeww characters who are positive karma. Sebas, Aureole Omega, CZ, Yuri Alpha and I think just a few more are positive karma. Everyone else is neutral to evil to extremely evil. 5. Albedo's "OGyyyaaah!" was her "crying like a baby" because in the LN Ainz says that Aura and mare are allowed on his lap because they are children so she tried to cry like one. Aka Albedo down horrendous 6. In case people forgot. Albedo is basically THE GOAT of all secretaries and she's the strongest tank in all of Nazarick since the supreme beings are gone. Excluding Rubedo, Albedo, Sebas and Cocytus are basically rock paper scissors for power level in different ways, with Albedo being the strongest Tank in all of Nazarick, and Shalltear is the most powerful offense or "blade" to throw at anyone and kill them all. Albedo manages basically everything in Nazarick at some level, and even Demiurge reports to her. Reports, Pop spawns, daily gold, missions and reputations of the kingdom and empire, seven different plans at once, even Albedo's own secret plans. The only thing she doesn't manage in some way is Floor 8 as that's forbidden to everyone but Ainz himself and the beings that live in their like Victim (the floating baby from s2), Aureole Omega, The 8th Floor Hierarchy also known as "Them" and Rubedo as the 8th floor is dangerous even to Albedo. 7. A little funny thing about the death knight and hamsuke. Ainz has awareness of all his spawned undead, but in E rantel theres sooooo many undead it's just like a mass of noise and he can't tell them apart at all. 8. Fifth was crying because of how "kind" Ainz was saying he was Pandora's father and stuff. Also her crawling up the wall was so funny even if its short. 9. Crime is actually basically nonexistant in Erantel now! And there are actually Mind Readers stationed as inquistors who at first people were super scared about and pissed about. But the mind readers actually freed several falsely imprisoned men and made people relax a bit more! 10. This is a small skipped scene. But behind Ainzach there was actually a hidden door with the Magicians Guildmaster hiding behind it who listened in. He and Ainzach are friends and it's said that Ainzach's adventuring passion was brought back thanks to Ainz. 11. The little guys floating around Ainz at the end are a lower form of Angel. And freaked people the hell out when they saw a godlike undead parading around with angels and stuff. Thaaats basically it! Sadly the pacing is suuper fast so there's lots of little talks and details that will be skipped in this season. But the animation looks a lot better than last season and I'm always happy for more overlord!

Lupa was right. The lip thing is talking for him to distort his normal speaking voice. Ainz uses his regular voice for Momon, so if people who have met both notice they have the exact same voice it could be awkward lol. Entoma (bug maid) also uses one since she can’t speak in a regular human voice without one.

Momon was actually Pandora's Actor in the season 3 finale. Ainz didn't want to talk because people would notice he and Momon both have the same voice, which is why Ainz uses the lip bug now in public to distort his voice.

Lupa sometimes really have good insights like he guessed totally right why Ainz is keeping that lip bug is exactly, because he used his normal voice for Momon. It's weird how Lupa can go extreme I don't get it for easy stuff and so many times guess right a lot of things that others miss =)

Probably the upcoming movie. Holy Kingdom arc was supposed to happen in the latter half of this season if you go chronologically by the way the novels did it, but based on the intro they skipped that arc. Kinda like what happened with the last MHA season. Just switched the chronology around for better “impact” at the end of the season.

The lip bug is talking for him because if he and Pandora ever have to talk to each other as momon and ainz anyone paying attention will notice they have the same voice. He cant slip up and let any random people on the street hear his real voice now because of that.

I've read all the volumes up to 13 several times so I try to answer questions and stuff that I remember. As well as cool little details that the anime skips cause they gotta rush through the content. Though I do miss somestuff since its been about a year since ive last reread and theres soooo many details in each book.

It's not a mistranslation. It's called the kingdom of darkness in the LN too and Ainz is referred to as the king of darkness instead of the sorcerer king.

The official translation are not recognized by the fans for its mistranslations such as "Darkness Kingdom" etc... A lot of it are very vague in the official translations in LN.

in the game, demiugre has a karma value of -500, which is to say is purely evil by design, ainz and other does evil things only when necessary but demiugre does it whenever he gets the chance, so during that season 1 scroll parchment moments, he was randomly kidnapping people from far kingdoms and skinning them to use for scroll, then he heal them using spells and skins them again, he also used their bodies for making soups.. thus maximising efficiency in the most evil and brutal ways. Now, I wonder what he is doing now in holy kingdom lol

Nigredo is actually a character already.... funny you would randomly say her name tho...Ainz would benefit more if he uses Pandora's Actor, because aside from his personality his intelligence is on par with Albedo and Demiurge difference being Albedo and Demiurge has -450 and -500 karma level so their ideas have no filiter in regards to EVIL but pandora's actors overall outlook aligns with ainz because he was created by ainz just like all the creations align closely to their creators so essentially either pandora's actor personality needs to change or ainz needs to change how he views pandora and stop being so embarrassed, because pandora is really strong/smart and closely shares ideas with ainz(momonga).

The lip bug is the same as entoma's (insect maid). It basically helps him change the tone of his voice depending on what he needs it to be. He can use a voice for negotiating, for persuasion, for intimidation etc. If you play DND it's like an item that grants proficiency to charisma skills. This is the reason why Ainzach looked so convinced by what Ainz said.

It's horrible, broken english. And as I said, often the meaning of what is being said is straight up lost or sounds awkward, because the translator seems to pay no attention to the meaning, and prioritizes translating everything as literal as possible instead, as if they're writing a school essay.

I think Clementine was a higher 30ish as well. Which is what people who are national heroes tend to cap out around. I don't think getting to Evil Eye's level is even possible for anyone but anomalies that do specific things for power like she did. So the reason he got the lip thing talking for him is due to the fact he and momon sound alike. So he trying to make sure no one figures out they are the same. How can a name go against what you want? Having Darkness in the name wouldn't make a utopia any less likely, Darkness would just become the new normal. As for what Ainz wants, it doesn't seem like you've been paying attention. Everytime he's been faced with human mortality he hasn't cared AT ALL. This is a self serving kingdom! His actual goal is to attract real players, more specifically the crew he built Nazareth with, this is why he would call it the kingdom of darkness, as that's a name that would intrigue them since they all picked dark/inhuman races as characters.

They mistranslated the intent of what he was saying to Ainzach. He was trying to say that he's not planning invasion as he would've already done it if that were the case since their military force is so overwhelming that he could win immediately.

The reason Ainz dont wanna clap em yams is because Ainz view these NPCs as his (and his friends), children/creations. Due to this perspective, he can never bring himself to have a sexual or romantic relationship with any of them. He views it as tarnishing his friend's creations. And it would be extra dirty with albedo given that in his perspective, he already tarnished her code when he rewrote it. Basically, in his perspective, it would be like fucking your daughters. Plus, since Ainz is now an undead, he doesnt have any sexual desires anymore. His human conscience ofc finds them attractive, but he is no longer physically attracted to them.
