Koga probably has my favorite arc of the series, the fact that she genuinely wanted the loops to stop and be his friend but couldn’t because she wasn’t willing to face her feelings is so relatable Also the fact that the random butt kicking is how he got tangled up in this mess is hilarious to me. You guys already forgot about Shoko though lol, they’ll explain it next episode again at least

When they were building sandcastles, Koga's castle lasted longer because the way she was crouching left butt imprints around it and basically made a moat. Also, Sakuta's castle got more elaborate with each loop.

MILD SPOILERS: Man, I didn't catch it the first time I watched through this show (at least to the extent that I could have put it to words), but I think Sheera actually hit the nail on the head with her prediction. Each adolescence syndrome presentation is some aspect of growing up that teenagers might run into and have trouble accepting. Being able to face some of these different scenarios in an honest and healthy way is probably something a LOT of people aren't able to do in reality, lol. Somewhat MORE in depth SPOILERS: Lessons as I see it: The ability to accept who you are to the public eye and face both the goods and bads of that head-on, The ability to accept your own feelings, no matter what that means for how others may or may not judge you for simply being yourself, The ability to accept that not every love you have can or will be requitted, that it's not the end of the world and it doesn't mean that there's anything wrong with you - some people simply don't match up no matter how much you wish you would, The ability to accept the lot you drew in life - that it's natural to feel envious sometimes, but if you really look at your own life you can probably find a lot to be envious of too, This one's hazy to me a bit. I guess that you can't always have everyone like you? You have to accept that sometimes you'll run into people who you simply can't please (at least long-term), and even if you do manage to force it, that doesn't mean you should (i.e. that it's healthy for you), That, unfortunately, everyone's going to die. There is no way to escape the inevitability that all life ends in. To be able to face that and still make the most of the existence we're lucky enough to have. Lastly, that you can't fix everything. No matter how hard you work, no matter how much you care, life will always have shitty turns, and even if you manage to avoid that - the cost of that may just be an even worse outcome. You can't run away from sadness altogether, and you shouldn't, as sadness is what gives us the appreciation of happiness. I'd be curious what other's who've already watched this show through think of what each one's lesson is.

The Haruhi movie is my #1 favorite anime work hands down, and endless 8 is a very necessary 8 episode arc with nothing wrong/suspicious about it at all. (don't say anything)
