As other people are pointing out, the ED changes a few time during the season. It's really not the biggest deal if you don't watch them, but the changes are a really nice touch. After this ep it should change I believe.

As already said here in the comments, each LN volume has a different title, Bunny girl is the first volume, but the anime got this title for the entire season

I recently started watching this anime recently too and have come to realise that this anime is based on wishes and the phrase "be careful for what you wish for". Mai wanted to go to another world where nobody knew her therefore became invisible to everybody, and for Kaede's situation everyone that knew her wanted her to 'disappear' and cuts and bruises started to appear.

The structure of this show is a lot like the Monogatari series. Next episode is for the next girl in the series, and so on and so forth. Each with their own oddity. And as others have said, the ending song is sung by the VA of the girl in the spotlight.

i just hate that the fansubs dont include kaede refering to herself in the third person since its literally a plot point. like it directly relates to her condition and they just cut it out

Since the problem was that people were forgetting/not noticing Mai, Sakuta's solution was to create such a huge spectacle that they had no choice but to notice her. Also, Roshi should definitely start covering his glasses from now on lol
