The light novel yea . The anime cuts so much out and changes the order of the events . It’s a bad adaptation tbh. Possibly a huge reason why it hasn’t gotten a season 2 sadly :/ causs the light novels are Fire 🔥

Well if you haven't read the light novels than it is really good. But that's the price of reading light novels, there will always be information left out and even sometimes important character moments that completely changes your view on someone which will not be seen in the anime

It's a bad adaptation, but a great anime still. Feels like Witcher, where people complain about the adaptation, but people like me who don't read light novels enjoy it very much.

He still had three vials of the antidote, if Karasuma missed the headshot he would have just broken them, and even if he did they probably would have broken when he collapsed afterward. Of course, they didn't need it, but they didn't know that at the time. Shooting him was just the last resort.
