I would imagine the military would prob do something "unfavorable" to their parents if the kids said anything about Koro-sensei. Also, this time I can understand them stopping Itona and his guardian's plan because it literally could have killed all of them.

And I know a lot of people really like it and if you do that's totally cool man but if I'm being honest It just comes off as rather "meh" to me. Koro-sensei does have his moments and has some funny moments aswell but every other character seems sorta flat and generic. Plus I find each episode is to be fairly formulaic, *new character introduced* < *situation handled* < *Koro-sensei has heart to heart * < *next episode*. Like other then the mystery of "what is Koro-sensei" and "why is he doing this", I don't really see anything special about it. I have watched the entire 1st season (don't know if there's a 2nd) and honestly it was kind of forgettable. Again I'm not saying it's bad nor trying to stop anyone else from enjoying it, I'm legitimatley asking fans of the anime, what am I missing here?

I get what you mean, the first season is kind of slow I admit, but you should try watching season 2 because the story gets better. They are even more mysteries to come and all the answers. Also, sometimes it's fun to watch a chill anime even without constant intensity like AOT.

They only watch good shows......NAAAH i'm joking. Hawkeye is a LOT better than I was expecting. It shut me up first episode cause i was running my mouth about how it was gonna be trash. I was straight up humbled.

@delete yeah I know it's not about me, that's why I was asking for fans of the anime about their thoughts and opinions . And I did it in a fairly respectful way towards them and the anime. Do you not understand the concept of having a civil conversation with a difference of opinion? Simply saying "grow up" is an internet douches immature response. As some others have said -- understanding my opinion and views -- the 2nd season does get better. And because of their comments I probably will give the 2nd season a chance and might grow to like the anime. But if I was just going off your comment, I wouldn't give 2 F*'s and wouldn't bother with it and if it's an anime you like so much what good would that have done?

This is the type of anime I prefer to watch with friends. I can't watch it alone to be honest, so maybe that could be what's off putting to you but idk. And as other people mentioned, S2 is has much more story element

I know the show is kinda slow and it seems not logical at all, but keep going! Season 2, as I remember at least, answer a lot of questions. Right now, they're setting up the characters so that you care about them more during the fights since they are a lot.

Even if the kids didn't do anything Koro sensei said he had some tricks up his sleeve so it's assumed he had something like a last ditch effort to get out of that situation

I never Request anything but if you can i would watch the Intro for Episode 18 as it changes A LOT. Sorry if i post this under the next episode as well but the Intro is Fantastic and Heartwarming lol

This is one of the few shows that I will say the dub was better than the sub, it just had better dialogue and the Voice actors where able to better translate emotion

Fun fact: in the original draft of the manga, Nagisa was actually supposed to be a girl and his love interest was Karma. But then the author decided to make him a meek boy and have their dynamic be more of a friendship. He kept his character design though, that's why the students joke about Nagisa looking like a girl (he's wearing his hair in ponytails but it's actually pretty long).

Anyone of the students of the class, yeah. But tbh Korosensei (I'm still weirded out about people calling him just Koro) has all the power here. He could kill half of the earth and the gobernment still would have to agree to any deal which could be minimally beneficial for them.
